The All-American Rejects - Gives You Hell



When this video came out, i remember instantly liking it - it has a happy feeling that is emphasised by the mise-en-scene and the song is really catchy. I find the satirical take on American life funny and in many ways it is similar to the music video we are recreating, as it doesn't take itself too seriously. The video itself is really simple, with the narrative following the lyrics and the light hearted mood of the music being echoed in the video, which is another similarity with our video.
